The staff is being really helpful and fairly friendly. The rooms here are soundproof and beautifully maintained.

The hotel needs improvement.

The place was fairly clean and gorgeous, it had amiable staff who brought out her manager. Beautifully maintained rooms with a pull out bed, felt like home. Plus we had an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk.

Especially helpful staff, absolutely excellent breakfast, decent location short walk to about 30 minutes from Banff and a stadium, train station and parking. Modern design of interiors in queen room. Very well organized facilities and very clean beds.

The food was excellent with a lot of choice! It was in a remote setting close to restaurants.

The room had bad views.

Fairly quiet and bright room overall, with a pull out bed. A microwave oven, climate control, and an iron available. Welcoming staff who brought out her manager, comfortable experience. Awesome location location-able to walk to most major attractions with views of the skyline. Also - next to the C-Train, Calgary for a CFL game and highway, C-train, shopping, restaurants.

Very very bad views.

Hotel was fairly clean, and the location was great. Very pleasant and amazingly nice staff who were always there to help. The room we had included a TV, a sitting area, and a writing table. The breakfast offered a wide array of great meals.

Everything was simply amazing. My room was brand-new and a nice size and featured absolutely superb view of the downtown Calgary skyline. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and extensive, the check in was easy. I could park the car outside.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel during our recent stay. Additionally, the underground parking was a great convenience, especially during the extremely cold weather. The kitchenette in our room was well-equipped and appreciated as my husband had to stay in the room most of the time.

I got great value for my money at the Holiday Inn Express near Foothills hospital. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially David at the front desk, was helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety and options available.

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown, the stadium, and not too far from Calgary.
